Terms of usage and house rules

General terms

These terms inlcude all facilities, materials, information and prices displayed on the Hill Hotel website, as well as on all included social network pages. All materials (text, photographs, videos etc) are owned by Hill Hotel and their use is stricktly forbiden without written consent from Hill Hotel officials. All materials, information and prices are subject to change without any prior notice. By visiting Hill Hotel website you are agreeing to all terms mentioned in this document.

Payment options

All prices are displayed in EURO currency, payments must be realized in RSD currency by NBS exchange rate on the day of payment.

Payment options include cash, cards, wire transfer to hotel’s according to pre-bill and wire transfer accrding to invoice in case you company has such an agreement signed with hotel offcials.

Cards that can be used for payment are: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master and Dina.


Resrvations in Hill Hotel can be realized personally on the hotel reception, by phone, by website form, by sending request to official hotel email adress, as well as using all major online booking services that Hill Hotel is working with at given moment. All reservations completed by any of the forementioned options are subject to reservation cancellation terms, unless agreed in a written form with hotel offcials.

Cancellation policy and damage compensations (individual guests)

Check-in time is from 14:00h on the day of arrival and the time of check-out is by 11:00h on the day of departure. Reservations that are not guaranteed will be canceled at 16:00h, if the guest does not arrive or does not notify the changes. In the case of guaranteed reservations (cash, bank card, credit transfer) room remains under reservation. Tolerated cancellations are 48 hours before check-in (guest’s arrival). If the guest does not show up but the reservation is not canceled, the first night will be charged 100%. The hotel reserves the right to per-authorize payment card before arrival.

By accepting the reservation confirmation, the guest is obliged to pay the costs of the unrealized reservation in the case of an inadequate cancellation (48h earlier) in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy and damage compensations (guest groups)

Group is assumed to be 10 or more persons using accommodation and hotel services as organizational unit with official representative. Tolerated cancellation time-frame for groups is up to 21 days before planned arrival, if the cancellation occurs between 21 and 14 days before planned arrival we will charge 10% of the negotiated total sum. If the group is canceled in a time-frame between 14 and 7 days before planned arrival 40% of the total sum will be charged. Groups canceled between 7 days and 48h before planned arrival will be charged 50% of the total sum, for the time-frame shorter than 48h charging of 80% of the total sum will be applied.

By accepting the reservation confirmation, group representative agrees that in the occurrence of untimely cancellation (in the time-frames defined in this document) charges defined in the cancellation policy will be applied.
